1 cups boiled chana dal
1 nos chopped onion
1 nos chopped green chilli
1 tsp chopped green coriander
2 tsp chopped kasuri methi
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp parantha masala
1/2 tsp ajwain
1 pinch hing
1 tsp salt..as taste
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
Directions
Boil dal ko hath se thora mash kar le all ingredients mix kar le.
Atta ka ball bana kar thora flat kar filling dal ache se sealed kar le
rolling pin se flat kar hot tawa par dal kar both sides se oil laga kar parantha bana kar butter ke saath serve kare with ☕.
